Annuleringsvoorwaarden
Annuleringen tot 8 weken voor aankomstdatum: annuleringskosten 35%.
Binnen 8 weken voor aankomstdatum 100%.
Indien u een annuleringsverzekering wenst af te sluiten, kunt u dit bij uw eigen verzekeringsagent doen.
Betaling
Wij ontvangen graag de volgende informatie bij uw aanvraag voor een reservering: het totaal aantal personen waarmee u wenst te komen, inclusief de geboorte data en het volledige adres per persoon mocht deze afwijken. U kunt hiervoor het formulier gebruiken dat beschikbaar is op deze website. Na onze initiële bevestiging dient u de eerste termijn van 35% aan ons over te maken. Na ontvangst van deze aanbetaling wordt de reservering geconfirmeerd en definitief.

65%: 8 weken voor vertrek.
Sleutelprocedure
Enkele uren voor aankomst dient u contact op te nemen met de huisbewaarder. Hij zal u ontvangen bij het huis en u wegwijs maken etc. U ontvangt de routebeschrijving naar het huis na ontvangst van de laatste termijn (65%).
Overige prijzen
- Eindschoonmaak: EUR 120,-.
- Toeslag kort verblijf (1 week): EUR 100.
- Huur van beddegoed en handdoeken: EUR 25,- per persoon (verplicht).
- Bad/strand - lakens: zelf meenemen.
- Waarborgsom (EUR 1000,-) te betalen tegelijk met het betalen van de laatste termijn
(65%) en zal worden teruggestort (op de dag van vertrek) op uw rekening na bevestiging
van de huisbewaarder dat alles okay is.
- Maximaal 8 personen toegestaan (inclusief kinderen).
- Huisdieren niet toegestaan.
- Roken in huis niet toegestaan.

Let op
- Elke week komt de tuinman en de zwembad man. Wij begrijpen dat dit inbreuk op uw
privacy maakt, maar u mag deze niet weigeren om hun werk te laten doen.
- Indien u eerder wenst te vertrekken of 's nachts wenst te vertrekken krijgt u de borg
onder aftrek van het linnen en de eindschoonmaak op zaterdag teruggestort op uw
rekening. U krijgt deze niet terug voor vertrek.
- Het huis proberen wij zo goed mogelijk te onderhouden en wanneer zaken kapot gaan
repareren wij deze zo spoedig mogelijk. Echter indien iets het niet doet kunt u ons daar
niet voor aansprakelijk stellen. Graag vernemen wij wel van u mocht u gebreken aan
treffen in het huis zodat wij actie kunnen nemen.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations up to 8 weeks prior to arrival date: 35% cancellation fee

In case you wish to arrange a cancellation insurance, we advise you to do this at your local insurance agent.
Reservation and Payment
We would like to receive the number of people within your group with their full names and dates of birth and the complete address information per person before reservation can take place. Please use the reservation form available on this website. After our initial confirmation and following your payment of the first term (35% of the rental price excl rental of linen etc.) the reservation will be confirmed and final.
35% upon reservation (before receipt of the payment there is no guarantee on availability or rental of our house).
65%: 8 weeks before departure.
Delivery of key
Two hours in advance of your arrival you need to contact the housekeeper. The housekeeper will welcome you at the house and will guide you through the house. You will receive the route description to the house after receipt of the 65% term.
Other prices
- End of stay cleaning: EUR 120,-.
- Short stay (1 week) - addition: EUR 100.
- Bed linen rental and towels for rent: EUR 25,- per person (obligatory).
- Large (beach) towels: not available.
- Security deposit (EUR 1000,-): to pay with the last term (65%) and to return at the day
of departure after confirmation of the housekeeper that everything is okay.
- Maximum of 6 persons allowed to stay in the house (including children).
- Pets not allowed.
- Smoking not allowed in the house.

Pay attention!!
- On a weekly basis our gardenier and the poolman come to do their work. We understand
that this might violate your privacy, but you cannot refuse to let them do their work.
- If you prefer to either leave early or even at night you will get your safety deposit back
by banktransfer from us on the saturday after check out and we will reduct the rental
linen fee and endcleaning. You are not able to get the safety deposit back any time
before saturday morning.
- We try to maintain our house as good as possible and perform maintanance whenever
necessary. However if something does not work we cannot be held responsible and we
will not refund any amounts, but we would kindly ask you to inform us of any issues or
other problems that you encounter.
